Hi, we are
Kompostopia Non Profit Organisation
We design and facilitate training and activities which make rural life more creative, meaningful and fun – a regenerative lifestyle which feeds your soul, nourishes the earth and gets you co-creating with your community!
We are co-creating a brighter world!
Although Kompostopia is newly established as a formal organisation, as individuals we have been organising educational experiences and events around permaculture and composting since 2011 and have initiated and participated in many Erasmus+ projects through various organisations.
Kompostopia NPO seeks collaborations for adult education projects, skill-building in rural regeneration, and cross-cultural exchanges to empower countryside communities Europe-wide.
Specific goals of our NPO
- Creating participatory artistic/educational experiences for rural community transformation.
- Establishing regenerative projects and integrating members to share resources, best practices, and knowledge.
- Developing participatory/regenerative entrepreneurship models and ethical livelihoods.
- Promoting eco-tourism and non-formal adult education, especially for underserved rural adults.
- Mapping local skills, resources, and bioregional directories to boost cooperation and regenerative development.
Tina Lymberis
Founder, Legal Representative
As an Ambassador for regenerative countryside living, Tina has been a leading voice in permaculture in Greece since 2011. She organises and facilitates Community Connection Events and workshops in Permaculture, Composting and Moving to the Countryside. She translated the ‘earth user’s guide to permaculture’ for the Greek audience, catering to those eager to transform their world. Her significant contributions were recognized by the Blue Mountains Permaculture Institute in Australia (Rosemary Morrow), where she was awarded a Diploma in Permaculture for Education and Community Development.
Her diverse expertise extends to Sociocracy (Dynamic Governance & Collective Decision-Making), Compassionate Communication (inspired by Marshall Rosenberg’s Non-Violent Communication), The Transition Movement, The Art of Hosting (Participatory Leadership), Social Permaculture & Agile Learning.
Drawing on all the knowledge and tools she has acquired, Tina is dedicated to guiding people to break free from conventional lifestyles to design original lifestyles that regenerate themselves, their communities, and nature.
She seamlessly combines ecology with art and self-awareness with the joy of living, aiming to regenerate both nature and humanity through creativity, connect local communities, and encourage the vital transition to countryside living.
Efstathia Sideris
Project Coordinator, Facilitator & Regenerative Practitioner
Efstathia is a project coordinator, facilitator and environmental practitioner working at the intersection of ecology, community and education. With a background in Forestry and Biodiversity Conservation, her path began in wildlife research and conservation – from monitoring endangered species in Greece to fieldwork in Brazil – before gradually shifting towards regenerative practices and community-based living.
Over the past 8 years, she has been actively involved in the design and coordination of European-funded projects supporting initiatives that bring together youth and adults, sustainability and collective learning. She contributes to regenerative community projects co-creating educational experiences around natural building, agroecology, self-sufficiency, and social transformation.
Her work focuses on creating learning environments that connect people with land, each other and themselves. Drawing from outdoor education, non-formal learning and participatory practices, she facilitates processes that invite reflection, collaboration and embodied experience.
Efstathia is passionate about regenerative cultures, eco-communities and alternative education, bridging ecological knowledge with social practices and exploring how care, community and creativity can become tools for transformation.
Through her work, she supports people and communities in reimagining their relationship with nature, co-creating spaces of belonging and moving from awareness to collective action.
Here are the values that guide our work and we invite you to embrace:
Freedom
Express yourself to free yourself.
Be real. Speak your truth. Act aligned.
Joy
What feels light leads you right.
Play often. Stay curious. Follow ease.
Care
Care for nature and for each other.
Respect Earth. Care for self. Support others.
Meaning
Purpose grows when we give and live deeply.
Share gifts. Give back. Celebrate progress.
Creativity
See the possibility, grow with grace, and let the magic take place.
Keep learning. Try new things. Embrace change.
I was fine, but not whole — as if something was missing. I felt so supported and uplifted throughout the journey. Tina’s approach helped me rediscover my joy, creativity and connection and imagine a regenerative way of living that feels both exciting and possible.
Riccardo, Doctor
Tina’s positive energy, her passion to motivate people and inspire them with alternative ideas about everything, especially earning an income, and living a more regenerative/ecological life, makes her inspiring and unique.
