Kompostopia is a Non Profit Civil Law Company (NPO), based in Megalopolis, Arcadia in Greece. Formally established in 2026, the organisation is dedicated to encouraging people to transition to the countryside and regenerating rural communities through the development of experiences, educational programs and regenerative entrepreneurship models which blend art, personal awareness, ecology (permaculture, composting) and community connections.
Vision
To create, develop and realise cooperative, artistic and rural societies where we live in harmony with nature and each other, while producing our abundance by doing what we love.
Mission
Cultivate skills and abilities so people experience more creative, meaningful, and enjoyable lives in rural areas. Kompostopia combines art with care for humans and nature through lifelong learning and non-formal adult education, emphasizing upskilling/reskilling, social inclusion, and active community participation.
Key Objectives
Kompostopia operates on three pillars:
- Eco-artistic Events, with an emphasis on promoting art as a means of connection, regeneration, and revival of rural/countryside communities.
- Educational Experiences on Transitioning to the Countryside, which combine self-awareness, communication, permaculture, composting, green entrepreneurship.
Raising Awareness around regenerative practices for our personal, social, entrepreneurial, and environmental well-being.

As we enter the magical world of Kompostopia, the colourful composing composter Kompostina leads us on a mission to create the most aromatic compost and helps us discover along the way that our poo and kitchen scraps feed the worms, seeds are our treasure and the soil is alive.
This musical, packed full of original songs, rhymes, humour, meaningful messages and the tagline: ‘If it has lived, it can live again’, is clearly a celebration of life!

Collective Concerts are designed to open your heart, express your voice, uplift your spirit, move your body and bring UNITY to our comm-UNITY.
We sing original and favourite songs in English and Greek, which contain only affirmations and high vibrations.
