The ‘Regenerative Lifestyle Lab’ is about living creatively and regeneratively

By weaving perspectives that are on the edge of our current reality, with an accent of awareness and a grounded foundation in permaculture principles, we explore how to take response-ability to regenerate ourselves and our environment.

Since the inception of the English format, Tina has decided to focus on producing Greek content for her local audiences, to be aligned with her work. Therefore, new podcast episodes will be published when Tina has the space and necessary support!

Musical theatrical about composting and the cycles of life

As we enter the magical world of Kompostopia, the colourful composing composter Kompostina leads us on a mission to create the most aromatic compost and helps us discover along the way that our poo and kitchen scraps feed the worms, seeds are our treasure and the soil is alive.

This musical, packed full of original songs, rhymes, humour, meaningful messages and the tagline: ‘If it has lived, it can live again’, is clearly a celebration of life!
